Weekly Student Email

We send an email each week (usually on Wednesdays) to current students keeping you updated with content, study tips, promotions, and school news. If you’re not receiving that email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t see it, please email us at [email protected], and we will get you on the list. Additionally, we send a link to the email each week through the learning platform.

Student Helpdesk

We rolled out a new student support helpdesk to help with the volume of emails we receive from students. You can continue to contact us with any questions or concerns at [email protected]. Please use an email that you check regularly.
The email replies will come from a new address, [email protected], so if you send an email and don’t see a reply, please check your spam/junk folder and mark it safe. That will ensure you see replies every time.

What's the easiest way to access the learning platform?

How long do I have access to courses on the learning platform?

You will have access for 1 year. If a course is available now, your year begins when you purchase. If a course is on pre-order and you purchase during that time, your year begins when the course goes live.

What If I migrated past courses from the old platform?

We have downloaded your course completions to your student record within our database so you don’t have to do this, but if you wish, simply click through each of the modules and quizzes if you want your course to show 100% completed within the new system.

Does the learning platform have an app?

It currently does not have an app, however, it is mobile-friendly and will adjust for ease of access to whatever screen/device you are studying from. We hear an app may be in the future and will alert all students when that happens! 

Are any scholarships or discounts available?

We are planning to offer scholarships soon. Please check our website and emails for details.

When new courses become available for pre-order, we may offer promotions or discounts. Be sure to read our weekly student email updates for special promotions.


Do I have to wait for a semester to begin to start taking a course?

No! Semester start/end dates no longer bind you. As soon as you purchase, you can immediately start studying. When you are ready, jump into the next course!


Where can I find discussions to engage in within the learning platform?

Discussion questions and forums are now a part of each course. As you go through the modules, you will happen upon discussion questions and threads for you to engage in with other students. You no longer need to click into a separate section for this!
